THE STORY
Center for Responsive Schools (CRS) is an educational non-profit dedicated to helping educators create safe, joyful, and engaging school communities.
CRS sought to improve its social media presence and maximise engagement with its target audiences through a structured social media strategy.
THE BRIEF
CRS needed a clear, actionable social media strategy and ongoing guidance to engage educators, increase brand awareness, and build a supportive community on social media.
THE SOLUTION
Our approach was structured into five phases:
- Onboarding & Stakeholder Engagement: We gathered insights from key team members through questionnaires and interviews, allowing us to understand CRS’s unique challenges and goals.
- Social Media Audit: We conducted an in-depth analysis of CRS’s social media channels, focusing on branding, content quality, engagement, and audience behaviour. We also reviewed three comparator organisations for best practices.
- Strategy Development: Using audit insights, we developed a tailored strategy, advising on content themes, platform setup, branding, and audience growth tactics. The strategy also included a framework for tracking KPIs and engagement metrics.
- Training & Strategy Delivery: We hosted a full-day training workshop at their office in Boston, MA to equip the CRS team with hands-on skills for effective social media management.
- Ongoing Consultancy: Monthly consultancy calls, to review performance, optimise upcoming campaigns and support the team with content ideas.
