Alison has been working in social media for over 15 years. She started her career at award-winning agencies in London before founding Avocado Social in 2014 and has spent the years since helping businesses of all sizes build social strategies that actually work.

When Alison isn’t exploring the world of social media, she’s spending time outdoors with her family and her lively Springador, Django. An avid swimmer and yoga enthusiast, she’s even mastered the occasional headstand. Alison also has a passion for dining out, especially when it comes to brunch—a love that sparked the inspiration behind Avocado Social. Care to guess her favourite brunch dish?

Sarah joined Avocado Social after completing a Fashion Marketing degree at the University of Manchester in 2023 and working for a leading UK sportswear brand. She manages social media for our clients and has a particular passion for Instagram, always on the lookout for the next great outfit or food spot to post about.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Sarah exploring new bars and restaurants around Manchester, walking in the Peak District, or watching Formula 1.
