The Goldsmiths’ Centre is the UK’s leading provider of courses and technical training, business support and funding for the jewellery and silversmithing community.

The Goldsmiths’ Centre wanted to provide social media marketing support to their community of jewellers and silversmiths to help them sell their products online.

In 2018, we created and delivered a series of in-person training workshops at The Goldsmiths’ Centre in London.

These workshops were attended by dozens of participants over two years, with many returning for multiple workshops

In 2020, because of COVID, we created a suite of online and on-demand social media training courses to assist with learning during lockdowns.

This enabled jewellers and silversmiths to continue to access support at a time when they couldn’t attend in-person training.
