Systematic, a company committed to delivering complex and innovative software solutions, sought a targeted social media approach to drive brand visibility and engagement on LinkedIn while empowering employees to become effective advocates.

Systematic needed a focused LinkedIn strategy to help grow its presence, enhance employee advocacy, and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
THE SOLUTION
Our approach consisted of four structured phases:
- Social Media & Comparator Audit: We began with onboarding calls and stakeholder questionnaires to understand Systematic’s social media goals and challenges. Following this, we completed a comprehensive LinkedIn audit, focusing on platform branding, tone of voice, content quality, audience engagement, and analytics. We also audited competitor brands to uncover industry best practices, employee advocacy tactics, and influencer engagement opportunities.
- Social Media Strategy: Based on audit insights, we developed a practical social media strategy for LinkedIn, with a clear timeline of activations, recommended assets, content ideas, and growth tactics for organic reach. We also provided strategic recommendations for LinkedIn profiles of key team members to boost brand messaging.
- LinkedIn Training: To empower Systematic’s team, we conducted LinkedIn training sessions to give staff practical skills for impactful engagement and professional networking.
