Skills for Care serves as the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England.
As an independent registered charity, they collaborate with employers, government entities, and partners to ensure the social care sector has the skilled, supported workforce needed to deliver high-quality care.
THE BRIEF
Skills for Care required a robust social media strategy to support their communications and effectively convey their key messages to diverse stakeholders.
The goal was to enhance engagement, increase visibility of their mission, and ensure that their social media channels could reach and inspire their network, partners, and the public.
Our role was to build this social media strategy and support its implementation to optimise Skills for Care’s digital outreach.
