THE STORY

Pizza Union is a popular chain of fast-casual Pizza Bars across Central London.

The six-strong group is renowned for its speedy Roman-style pizzas, fired to perfection right before your eyes in just a few minutes.

Since taking over their social media management in 2019, we have consistently delivered engaging and effective content—even amidst the challenges of a global pandemic.

THE BRIEF

We were tasked with revitalising Pizza Union’s social media presence.

Our goal was to emphasise the unique Pizza Bar concept while positioning Pizza Union as an appealing destination for students, office workers, and tourists.

THE SOLUTION

To achieve this, we amplified video content across all platforms, prioritising short-form vertical videos to capture attention.

We launched a TikTok profile, embracing influencer marketing and social media advertising to increase awareness and drive foot traffic.

We also focused on maintaining the brand’s strong reputation on Google and TripAdvisor.

Additionally, we continued to foster an engaging online presence by collaborating with relevant content creators, celebrities, and bloggers.
