With a structured Business Manager in place, Loungers is now equipped to manage its social media more effectively, ensuring that all team members have appropriate access and that advertising accounts are ready for action.

THE STORY

Loungers is a rapidly growing restaurant and bar chain in the UK, known for its vibrant atmosphere and community focus.

To streamline its social media operations, Loungers needed an effective structure for its Business Manager, ensuring that colleagues had the appropriate levels of access and that ad accounts were primed for use.

THE BRIEF

Avocado Social was tasked with structuring Loungers’ Business Manager in a logical and manageable way, facilitating better access and functionality for its social media team.

THE SOLUTION

Phase 1: Initial Assessment

We commenced with a 60-minute Zoom meeting involving three key social media stakeholders. This meeting aimed to:

1. Assess the current setup of the Business Manager

2. Understand desired outcomes and future access plans

 

Following the meeting, we provided a comprehensive to-do list outlining actions to be completed before proceeding to Phase 2. We also identified additional participants necessary for the next phase.

 

Phase 2: Business Manager Setup

In this phase, we conducted three 1-hour Zoom meetings to:

1. Guide the setup of Loungers’ Business Manager

2. Discuss best practices for social media management

 

The outcome of these meetings was a fully functional and optimally structured Business Manager tailored to Loungers’ needs, enabling efficient management of social media activities.
