Interflora, a renowned flower delivery network, sought to enhance its members’ social media capabilities.
Recognising the growing importance of effective online engagement, Interflora aimed to equip its florists with practical strategies and insights to thrive in the digital landscape.
THE BRIEF
To support Interflora members, we ran a comprehensive social media training programme which included a Video Blog Series entitled “Social Media on a Budget”.
This was a 12-week video blog series, comprising of 12 x 10-minute videos on key topics.
THE SOLUTION
The training programme provided Interflora members with a structured approach to social media, equipping them with the knowledge to enhance their online presence, engage effectively with customers, and leverage social media tools for business growth.
